⭕Thunder,thunderstorm -these are so common words for us,Bangladeshi people.They occur mostly during monsoon but less or more whole year actually.

 If we talk about a recent case,a thunder had killed around 16 people who were going for a wedding ceremony. There are many other people on that boat who were injured.

⭕This grievous accident occured on Wednesday in Shibganj which is in the western Chapainawabganj district.

A local government officer informed that the bride was not with the group during that accident.The group had left their boat to take shelter because of the lightning when they were struck.

⚠️This case is not only a single case of lightning strike in our country. Every year more than 200 people are killed by thunder mostly during monsoon time.Usually farmers & fishermen lose more lives due to lightning as they work in open spaces.
