Two motorcyclists were killed in a road crash in Cumilla's Chauddagram. The accident took place at the head of Nabgram Road in the upazila on Monday afternoon.The deceased were identified as Elias, son of Fatik Miah of Dhanusara village under Gholpasha union of the upazila and his friend Jahangir. 

Yassin Pradhania, station officer of Chauddagram Fire Service, said Elias was going to Chauddagram Bazaar on a motorcycle with his friend Jahangir in the afternoon. When they reached the head of Navgram Road on the highway, a reckless speeding vehicle crushed them from behind. Later, the two were rescued in critical condition and taken to the Upazila Health Complex. They died on the way to Cumilla Medical College Hospital.
