Two youth held in two separate cases filed over raping two teenagers at Kamalnagar and Lakshmipur Sadar. The accused are identified as Mehedi Hasan Hridoy and Akram Hossain. Police sent them to jail through the court on Sunday afternoon. Earlier, a case was filed in the police station on behalf of the two families of the victims. 

According to the Lakshmipur Police Super Office, the family members of the victim were at the hospital due to her father's illness. Following this opportunity, local Abul Kalam Azad's son raped the ten-grader on Saturday night. After hearing screaming neighbors came and rescue her. They then admitted her to Sadar Hospital. The victim's father filed a case with the Sadar Police Station on Sunday morning. Police arrested the accused in the morning and sent him to jail through the court.

On the other hand, Akram Hossain, son of Abdul Baten of Ramgati Upazila, was accused of raping a 16-year-old girl at her home in Char Jangalia area of ​​Kamalnagar Upazila on Saturday night. The victim's mother filed a case with the police on Sunday morning. The victim has been admitted to Sadar Hospital. Police sent the accused to jail through the court after his arrest. 

Lakshmipur police superintendent AHM Kamruzzaman said a case has been registered in connection with the rape of two teenagers. The two accused have been arrested and sent to jail through court. The two cases will be disposed of in a speedy trial tribunal.
