The 27th founding anniversary of Awami Swechchhasebakaliga has been celebrated in Ulipur, Kurigram with various arrangements. On Tuesday (July 27) morning, a wreath-laying ceremony at the Upazila Awami League office, hoisting of national and party flags, cutting of cakes and a brief discussion meeting were held.

Ripon Miah, joint convener of Upazila Swechchhasebakaliga, presided over the discussion.

Rakibul Islam Rubel, president of Upazila Chhatra League, Al Mamunur Rahman Tit, joint convener of Upazila Swechchhasebak League, Hafizur Rahman Salman, convener of Municipal Swechchhasebak League, Isha Mia and other leaders of various unions and wards were present at the occasion.
