Karate workshop was held at DIU today

Today, the Karate Do Club of Daffodil International University has organized a karate workshop for students only.

The day-long workshop was held at the Independence Conference Center of Daffodil International University in Daffodil Smart City, Ashulia on Tuesday (January 18). The workshop was conducted by S Islam Shuvo, Coach of World Karate Federation and Judge of Asian Karate Federation and Naima Sikder, Black Belt Third Dan of Bangladesh Karate Federation.

The workshop was attended by hundreds of students from different departments and semesters of Daffodil International University. The instructors taught the participating students various self-defense techniques by hand. Karate is a globally recognized defensive technique.

By mastering this technique, students will be able to protect themselves from various unwanted incidents in the course of life. Karate also plays a role in keeping the body healthy. Daffodil International University thinks that the students of this university will not only get formal education,
