The baby's name is Arafat Islam. His home is in Darerpara village of Daulatpur upazila of Kushtia. Child Arafat Islam was missing  from few days ago. No one knew where Arafat was. But what a cruel irony of fate! Police recovered the child's body on Monday. The body of Arafat, was buried in the kitchen of a neighboring shop.

Arafat's body was recovered from the kitchen of Chhaper Mall in Darerpara village of the upazila around 12:30 pm on Monday. The deceased was identified as Arafat Islam, son of Shariful Islam of the same village. He had been missing for the past three days.

Daulatpur Police Station OC Nasir Uddin said the dog dug up the soil and removed some parts of the packed body. This spreads the stench from the kitchen of the printed goods. His wife Kohinoor Begum hurriedly tried to bury the body again. When the neighbors saw Kohinoor trying to escape, they arrested him and informed the police.

Upon receiving the news, Daulatpur police recovered the body of the slain child and arrested Kohinoor. Kohinoor and her husband are believed to have killed the child after abducting him on Friday morning and buried him in the kitchen.

OC Nasir Uddin added that the body would be sent to Kushtia General Hospital for autopsy. And Kohinoor Begum has been taken into police custody. Details can be given at the end of the investigation.
