Shyamal Roy, a well-known face on social media after saying a few ‘disorganized’ English sentences, has finally tied the knot.

Shyamal Roy, hailing from Mirzapur Union’s 9 no. ward in Mithapukur upazila of Rangpur who once showed his reluctance to get married, has tied the knot with Deepa Rani, daughter of Deelip Roy of Putimari village of the same upazila, on Thursday.

Shyamal Roy became viral on Facebook for his remark – “'I always speak English. Have a Relax, See You Not For Mind” during an interview with a newsman. His wedding photos also went viral on social media and many wished the couple for their new journey with captioned “Congratulations”.

Shyamal Roy, son of Nepal Roy of Bamongdhanga area of Gaibandha’s Sundorganj upazila, is an official of Bangladesh Railway. A video of him captured at the Bamandanga Railway Station in Gaibanda went viral.

It is learned that people of different ages flocked at the bride’s house on Shyamal’s wedding day for taking selfies with Shyamal Roy. He also took selfies with everyone and fulfilled everyone’s wishes.

Not only that, but Shyamal also fulfilled the wishes of the family members of the bride by saying “See You Not For Mind”.

Although netizens were surprised by Shyamal’s marriage after hearing his reluctance to get married, they greeted him and wished him for his career’s new innings.
