Bollywood actor Aamir Khan tested positive for coronavirus. Confirming the information, the spokesperson of the actor has revealed that the actor has currently self quarantining himself at his home.

“Mr. Aamir Khan has tested positive for Covid 19. He is at home in self-quarantine, following all the protocols and he’s doing fine. All those who came in contact with him in the recent past should get themselves tested as a precautionary measure. Thank you for all your wishes and concern,” the spokesperson said. 

Aamir Khan has requested people who have come in contact with him in the past few days to get themselves tested for the virus as well. Actress Kiara Advani was shooting with Aamir Khan for an ad when the latter tested positive for Covid-19. However, reports confirmed earlier in the day that Kiara had tested negative for the virus. 

Earlier this month, actor Ranbir Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali had also tested positive.
